There are three major airports with easy access to the Mt. Washington Valley and two nearby charter airports. Portland International Jetport (PWM) in Maine is just 71 miles from our hotel, while Manchester/Boston Regional Airport (MHT) is about a 2-hour drive, and Logan International Airport (BOS) is 3 hours away.
OVERNIGHT ROOMS
A limited number of overnight rooms are available for a discounted rate – reserve early! Deadline to reserve rooms is Sunday, August 18, 2024.
You must mention the NH Treatment Court Conference in order to secure the group rate. Discounted group rates are listed below and are available beginning September 16th and will extend through the weekend for those of you who wish to extend your stay and take advantage of beautiful Bartlett NH post-conference.
Please note: If you are booking and paying for rooms as a group, please be sure you are still associating your group with the NH Treatment Court Conference to ensure all rooms utilized by our event participants are counted toward our event room block. This prevents us from having to pay attrition fees. Thank you for your cooperation.

If you booked Studio, Studio Deluxe, Standard or Handicap rooms prior to 5/8 and received a higher rate, your rate has automatically been adjusted to the lower rate of $133 per night plus 8.5% tax. New rates are not applicable for One-Bedrooms.

STANDARD HOTEL ROOM

With two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, sitting chair, and spacious bathroom, unwind in comfort at the base of Attitash. Some Standard rooms feature step-out balconies with majestic mountain views.

ONE BEDROOM LOFT
$215.92 per night ($199 + 8.5% NH Rooms & Meals Tax)

The One-Bedroom Loft Suite consists of a living area with work desk and a pull-out queen sofa bed, kitchen, dining area, and a king or queen bed in the loft.

ONE BEDROOM SUITE
$226.77 per night ($209 + 8.5% NH Rooms & Meals Tax)

Designed to accommodate up to four guests, the One-Bedroom Suite boasts such modern comforts as a separate living area with queen sofa bed, desk, kitchen, and a primary bedroom with a king or queen bed.

HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE ROOM

Room type and configuration will vary. Please inquire if a handicap accessible room is required.
Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is requested. Reservations requests received after August 18th will be accepted on a space available and rate available basis.
The extra person charge of $10 daily will be added for each additional person to the above rate structure. Children 17 years and under may share the same room with parents at no additional charge. Persons ages 18 and older are subject to the adult rates.
Cots are $15.00 per night.

Room availability cannot be guaranteed for early arrivals. All efforts will be made, however, to accommodate those guests who arrive early. Luggage storage is available.
DEPOSIT, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION INFORMATION
For bookings made 14 days or more prior to arrival on a multiple night stay, a deposit of 50% of the reservation value is due at time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged 14 days prior to arrival on credit card given at time of booking. For one night stays full payment is due at time of booking.
For bookings made 14 days or less prior to arrival, full payment is due and includes a $75 non-refundable booking fee.
Individual reservations must be canceled 8 days prior to arrival for deposit to be refunded minus a $75 cancellation fee. Reservations will automatically lose 100% of deposit if cancelled inside the 7 days prior to arrival. Early departures will be billed for full reserved stay.
