There are three major airports with easy access to the Mt. Washington Valley and two nearby charter airports. Portland International Jetport (PWM) in Maine is just 71 miles from our hotel, while Manchester/Boston Regional Airport (MHT) is about a 2-hour drive, and Logan International Airport (BOS) is 3 hours away.
OVERNIGHT ROOMS
A limited number of overnight rooms are available at the host venue – reserve now before they are sold out! Deadline to reserve rooms is Sunday, August 18, 2024.
To reserve, call Group Reservations 603-374-6700 and reference NH Treatment Court Conference. Rates will vary based on availability from $133 – $279 plus 8.5% rooms and meals tax.
You must mention the NH Treatment Court Conference in order to secure the group rate.
Please note: If you are booking and paying for rooms as a group, please be sure you are still associating your group with the NH Treatment Court Conference to ensure all rooms utilized by our event participants are counted toward our event room block. This prevents us from having to pay attrition fees. Thank you for your cooperation.
Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is requested. Reservations requests received after August 18th will be accepted on a space available and rate available basis.
Additional Charges: The extra person charge of $10 daily will be added for each additional person to the above rate structure. Children 17 years and under may share the same room with parents at no additional charge. Persons ages 18 and older are subject to the adult rates.
Cots are $15.00 per night.

Room availability cannot be guaranteed for early arrivals. All efforts will be made, however, to accommodate those guests who arrive early. Luggage storage is available.
Deposit, Payment, & Cancellation Information: For bookings made 14 days or more prior to arrival on a multiple night stay, a deposit of 50% of the reservation value is due at time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged 14 days prior to arrival on credit card given at time of booking. For one night stays full payment is due at time of booking.
For bookings made 14 days or less prior to arrival, full payment is due and includes a $75 non-refundable booking fee.
Individual reservations must be canceled 8 days prior to arrival for deposit to be refunded minus a $75 cancellation fee. Reservations will automatically lose 100% of deposit if cancelled inside the 7 days prior to arrival. Early departures will be billed for full reserved stay.
